Baktulyfe provides professional cleaning services for sneakers and everyday shoes. We do not offer cleaning services for dress shoes, high heels, or other types of footwear not specifically mentioned.
2. Service Agreement
By submitting your shoes for cleaning, you agree to the following:
- You authorize Baktulyfe to clean and/or repair your footwear based on the selected service (basic or premium cleaning).
- You confirm that the shoes are your personal property and that you have the right to have them cleaned or repaired.
- You understand that Baktulyfe is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your shoes or any damage caused by improper care before cleaning.
3. Turnaround Time
- The typical turnaround time for cleaning services is 5 days from the date of receipt.
- While we aim to meet the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as high demand or specialized treatments. We will notify you if any delays affect your order.
4. Pickup and Delivery
- Baktulyfe offers pickup and delivery services in select areas. Pickup and delivery charges may apply based on location and service level.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and accessible for the delivery or pickup.
- Baktulyfe is not liable for delays, lost, or damaged items during the transit process when using third-party delivery services.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices for services are listed on our website or provided at the time of service request.
- Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment platforms.
- Prices may change from time to time, and any updates will be reflected on our website.
6. Liability
- Baktulyfe is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your footwear or for damage caused by improper care, use, or treatment of your footwear prior to or after the cleaning process.
- While we take great care in cleaning your shoes, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or damage, especially on delicate or heavily damaged footwear.
- Baktulyfe is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of shoes during pickup or delivery, except where applicable by law.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify Baktulyfe within 24 hours of submitting your shoes for cleaning. Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds are not issued for services already completed, but we will work with you to resolve any issues with the quality of the service provided.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- Baktulyfe respects your privacy. Any personal information collected, such as names, addresses, and payment details, is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
